Ability to quickly fill vacancy- With access to the MLS and all listings platforms dedicated to the rental market we can easily locate and vet tenants to immediately fill vacancies. We use a 5 point system to carefully look at past rental history, credit scores, employment/income, and criminal & eviction history.
